Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury apartments, including a jodi unit, for ₹16.17 crore in Mumbai’s Andheri West, according to sources.
The documents reveal that the four apartments are part of the Oberoi Sky Gardens project. Three of the flats are situated on the 18th floor, while one is on the 19th floor in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri.
The first apartment, located on the 18th floor, spans 1,075 sq. ft. (built-up area) and has an agreement value of ₹3.45 crore. The buyer has paid a stamp duty of ₹17.26 lakh, and the property includes one designated car parking space, as per the documents.
The second apartment on the 18th floor has an agreement value of ₹2.85 crore and a built-up area of 885 sq. ft. The buyer has paid a stamp duty of ₹14.25 lakh, and the property includes one car parking space, as per the documents.
The third apartment, situated on the 19th floor, spans 1,100 sq. ft. and was sold for ₹3.52 crore. The buyer paid a stamp duty of ₹21.12 lakh for the transaction, as per the documents.
The fourth apartment, a jodi flat spanning 1,985 sq. ft., is spread across the 18th and 19th floors. It was sold for ₹6.35 crore, with a stamp duty of ₹31.75 lakh paid for the transaction, according to the documents. The property includes two parking spaces.
The documents were registered on March 3, 2025.
Priyanka Chopra’s Real Estate Portfolio:
In 2024, Priyanka Chopra’s family leased a bungalow in Koregaon Park, Pune, to the co-living and co-working firm The Urban Nomads Community Private Limited for ₹2 lakh per month. The actor’s brother, Siddharth Chopra, and mother, Madhu Chopra, signed the Leave and License Agreement with the firm. As per the documents, the company paid a security deposit of ₹6 lakh and will be paying ₹2.06 lakh in monthly rent.
In 2023, Priyanka Chopra Jonas sold two penthouses with a built-up area of 2,292 sq. ft. for ₹6 crore in the Lokhandwala Complex, Oshiwara. Both penthouses were located on the 9th floor of Karan Apartment. The smaller unit, measuring 860 sq. ft., was sold for ₹2.25 crore, while the larger 1,432 sq. ft. penthouse was sold for ₹3.75 crore.
