Happy Birthday, Janhvi Kapoor! The actress celebrates her 28th birthday on March 6. Known for her dedication to fitness, she often shares glimpses of her workout routines on social media.
In a 2022 interview with Bollywood Spy, Janhvi revealed that she prioritizes whole, home-cooked meals while allowing herself occasional indulgences.

At the time, while working on her 2024 film Mr. & Mrs. Mahi, the actress shared, “I’m following a strict diet. My breakfast consists of just two eggs with avocado, lunch is spinach with grilled chicken, and dinner is soup. I enjoy a good brunch, and my favorite cuisines include Japanese, Italian, Andhra, and Mughlai.”
When asked about a strict dietary restriction, Janhvi shared that she avoids gluten due to an allergy. A gluten-free diet eliminates foods that contain gluten, a protein present in grains like wheat.
When asked about her go-to healthy snacks and cheat-day treats, Janhvi shared, “I love eating fruits, even though they’re high in sugar. I especially enjoy strawberries… and when indulging, I love golgappas and ice cream.”

In a 2019 interview with Pinkvilla, Janhvi shared that she eats everything but compensates by working out extra to maintain her weight. When asked about her morning routine, she revealed that she starts her day with a spoon of ghee.
Talking about her dinner habits and post-workout meals, Janhvi said, “I like to keep dinner light, so I usually have red rice biryani. If I’m shooting late, I try to have my last meal by 10 PM. My post-workout go-to is sweet potato paratha—I go through phases with it! I used to follow a strict no-carb diet, but now I’ve increased my carb intake for energy, and my weight has remained the same.”
